Review content:
Yep, my experience was similar. Took my car for brakes and oil change. Not having any problem, just needed the work done. The showroom was empty the day I came (should have been a red flag). Anyway, mysteriously after they began work on it, my vehicle ""mysteriously"" needed over $1000.00 worth of work. With no options, I told them to perform the work. When I got the car back, the brakes (which it was originally brought in for) did not feel right. I brought it back and treated me with rudeness and agression. First by ignoring me for nearly 1/2 hour then by suggesting that I did something in to the brakes since I picked it up the day before. I called the corporate office and, of course no Rick, no apology, no satisfaction. Just more rudeness and agression. ""Fair and Honest""? - yeah, sure.
Pros: NONE!
Cons: Unfair and dishonest!
