I am a Veteran with disabilities. I haven't worked on my cars for a long time now and probably shouldn't try on today's cars anyway. I just want to put in a good word for Rick Johnson Auto & Tire. In coming to this site I see that there's some unhappy people who don't think as highly as I and many of my friends do. But, it's a fact of life that there's people who aren't happy people and never will be no matter what you do for them. They may even write something untrue about a company just because they couldn't get there way. It's a shame that things like that have come to this in our country. I am and have been for quite a while a regular customer of Rick Johnson Auto & Tire. They're good people. I've bought several sets of tires from them and had them make repairs for me too. I've always found them to be decent caring people. Recently, I had my car in the same store I always go to on 41 for service. I'm kind of embarressed to say that I didn't know some of the features my car has. The manager their took the time to explain the electronic monitoring features such as my average fuel mileage, my tire pressure monitor, the oil life left monitor and more. He spent quite a bit of time with me after my brakes were repaired showing me these things. But you know what he did for me that was really beyond the call of duty? I wasn't feeling very good that day. In fact I was downright sick. He insisted on driving me home and had one of his employees follow behind us to take him back to his store. I really felt that I was putting him out but am so thankful he did that for me. It just made me feel good that someone with Rick Johnson Auto & Tire cared that much. Thank you Alex!
