We were regulars for friday night or saturday ice cream treats. 4 years ago we stopped during lunch before going to my pregnant wife's doctor appt. Thought it would be quick, even had store manager in back helping out the kitchen. Waiting for our order during lunch time my wife's order was wrong. After waiting some more the second attempt came back wrong again. Third attempt and after waiting a period we took the meal to go to not miss the appt. Trying to eat our burgers while driving we found them just soaked. Felt like they were set in a pan of water on the grill to keep warm and just thrown on the burgers. After the appt we went back to ask for a refund on the unfinished soggy burgers. The manager was gone, the place had no customers, and the crew had the run of the place. We asked for a refund and the cook in the back peeked around the corner and said not to do it because we do it all the time. We told her she was mistaken. They all came up and refused any concessions for the poor burgers. We asked for the managers phone number and they refused to give it. It wasn't posted anywhere in the restaurant. We were getting no where. So we called the Dairy Queen number and put in a complaint where they would contact the manager. We never received a reply. We check on it 2 years after the fact and Dairy Queen said it was closed, because they manager did contact us. That did not happen. Needless to say we have never been back to that location or any other. We also do not support anything sponsored by Dairy Queen. Hopefully the management has changed and the crew moved on for everyone else.
