Okay so the shop was recently bought by a new guy who promised that he was going to change it back to the old Cycle Shack! Well friend I tell you he has not an idea about bikes or how to work on them! I get a swing arm put on and the guy cracks my tail section while trying to refill my brake fluid on my 2008 Hayabusa! So he claims that it didn't happen there so let's be logical for just a second the guy is pulling near a bold and a spider web crack shows up around the bolt (let's use some common sense)! So I ask him how did it happen a rock fly up and hit the bike while I was riding ummm negative my lef covers it... Umm somebody didn't like me so they cracked the cheap part out of malice... Negative... Or maybe I took my tail section off to play with it ummm no if I knew what the heck I was doing then I wouldn't have paid you start with... Next problem I'm riding along after the repair and my bike just dies on the interstate... WOW who forgot to plug my rectifier up???? I then take my bike for a service at the dealership and they inform me that the front axel bolt is missing a 14 part but still principal at this point... And they claim they didn't do the work... News flash guy you and your company are the only less than intelligent people to touch my bike... True to the other reviews when John was there he would hook you up with parts but now this dude thinks he is the dealership and really isn't qualified to take my kids training wheels off... I raised you know what until my bike was repaired at their expense and promised they would never see another dollar from me or my friends!! If you like your bike and love your life then don't go there because you may lose both!
