I would NOT recommend this place to anyone....No customer service focus and just want the money. Please take all your cleaning to other places first. I took women's shirts in and the ticket read $5.20. When I went to pick the shirts up, the ticket was redone and was for dry cleaning and totalled over $23. I was told that the clerk who did the original ticket did it wrong and thus, I am responsible for the new total. I asked why I was not called BEFORE doing anything but there was no answer. What business in their right mind would do this? The person at the desk had no customer service attitude and basically told me to either pay or the shirts stay there. I would NEVER recommend nor will I take cleaning to this place again and have already told co-workers to not use this place. There are enough cleaners around who would be really be more pleasant and customer focus than this place.
Cons: No Customer Service.
