Had my RV water heater system serviced through this company at a significant cost, and within 2 days it was evident that the same problem was still present, and it had not been properly addressed. The owner told me over the phone that they would take care of it, and he ""would not do me like that"" (and not fix the problem). He assured me that he would call back when he could speak with his technician, and get me in to the schedule. I called once a week for a month to try and get a new appointment, and finally the owner told me that he could not be sure that what he fixed was the same thing that was now broken, when that was clearly not the case. He then proceeded to let me know - ""I didn't give you any warranty on the work."" At this point I realized that he has no integrity in how he operates his business, and does not stand behind his work, and for good reason because it is apparently not worthy of anyone's time and hard earned money. I find it shocking that he believes this is the way to run a business - very sad.
