Review content:
I have adopted 3 cats from Donna. Recently, I had to return an adult male. He was great with my family, but he and my other cat just could not get along. I brought him in and she tried to give me my money back. I told her to keep it to help the animals, and she told me I could come adopt another cat anytime at no charge. I took home a kitten. I called Donna twice before I brought the cat back to her. She returned my calls both times and was willing to do anything she could to help. The person that gave Cat Nap Estates 1 star obviously didn't even reach out to Donna. How can you be angry at a woman that rescues cats from unknown circumstances and does her best to get them in good health? You are supposed to take your cat to the vet right after you adopt. My papers clearly stated right on them that she cannot guarantee health due to not having complete backgrounds on the animals. I got lucky 3 times, just like you got lucky at the SPCA. The SPCA also puts animals like yours down, Donna does not. She is in the business of RESCUING animals, not deciding who lives or dies.
