Review content:
We bought a Hendredon sofa and 2 Stickley chairs at Ennis a few years ago. This is supposed to be high-end stuff. The chairs have looked terrible since day one. The fabric looks crushed and the chairs look much older than they are. They looked used after just 1 sitting. Ennis came out and steamed them. That helped until we sat in them again. They won't do anything else about it. The sofa is another story. We complained because the fabric wasn't holding up. Ennis had the manufacturer replace the fabric. It is falling apart again. Ennis won't do anything now because we've passed the 3-year warranty. Ennis says the sofa shows huge amounts of wear from heavy use. Our dog isn't allowed on it and the kids are rarely on it, and no wrestling has ever been allowed. I do sit on it daily. So, we'll have to pay to have it recovered at some point and I'm very disappointed with how long it's held up. As an FYI, Mr. Ennis has offered to sell us a new leather sofa at some sort of a discounted price. I'm not interested in every buying anything from Ennis again.
