Review content:
I like the convenient location that has a lot of parking, inside is contemporary and tranquil, i personally feel very relaxed when i go for an appt. The girls are very chill -i hate going to most salons b/c of the way they treat you like a plain client.. Here they remember your last convo and kinda pickup where ya left off last time. I definitely feel like a person and not just like another payday for them!
I like Joanne but my stylist is Megan, either one of those girls are great! (i haven't had anyone else yet) Now if i could get them to give me a discount i would probably go more often!!
I did have some jewelry switched out once and Joanne was very professional. She explained the gauge sizes and why i didn't wanna get the gauge i wanted b/c of the size difference and that i should stick with the smaller one (looks way better now). So thank you ladies you guys ROCK!!
Pros: Very sociable, energetic, and they do what i want right!
Cons: I definitely would visit more often if they were cheaper
