I worked at Fresno's for a short while in scranton pennsylvania. I never recieved a check and every time i checked for my check at Fresno's it was not there. I assumed they just were not paying me until I got my W-2 forms. Since I was paying taxes on a check ive never recieved i had to contact GALCO Management for my check. I called on March 2, 2009 and left my name with the customer service woman, Kelly. Today is now March 5, 2009 and I just got off the phone with Kelly. She did not even attempt to find my check or help me in any way, Not only that, but I have never been treated so rudely on the phone by ANYONe in my entire life. She did not answer my questions, she talked over me, and even called me immature AND hung up on me! When I asked for a supervisor, she said she had none, that she was her own boss so thats just to bad. Galco Management needs to consider who they have working for them. Because of this woman Kelly I will NEVER again eat at Fresno's nor will any member of my family who goes there every sunday for brunch. THANKS TO KELLY AT GALCO MANAGEMENT.
