Wow! I took my daughter's prom dress to Novello's which had juice stains spilled all down the front of it. Also, there were very dark dirt stains along the bottom and a tear near the hem. They first of all called me to tell me of the condition of the gown and explained that the juice stains might never come all the way out, but they would do their very best. I put my trust in their hands and guess what? It came back looking as good as the day we purchased it. They even repaired the rip at the hem! I am so grateful for Novello's.
