Review content:
Little attention is given to making sure that the renters who follow the lease agreement are protected from the renters that are loud, dirty, disobey most rules, and in some cases dangerous. Not enough effort is given to checking who they do or don't rent to. Little respect given to the long standing good tenants. People move in who break every rule of the lease in the first week, to the point where mass exodus happens! They need to be way more thorough.
