This particular Friendlies is run by young immature adults that can't seem to ever get the order correct. Every time I return to the Friendlies, hoping to give them another chance, they do something wrong again. forgetting the quantity, not serving as requested, cold, stale food, or charging 1 order as a double. Once I even had a long black hair in my order. needless to say I have not returned. sorry to be so blunt but I have given this facility more than enough chances to get it right.. if it was not for prepackaged ice cream I would never walk in the place again...
Pros: great specials, good ice cream
Cons: poor service personell
