Please do not ever rent or purchase a home from this company. I have purchased a home from them and am paying for it dearly. It was a complete renovation. We were in contract for over 15 months before we could close. At close, the seller was given 21 days to complete all outstanding work.
We are now in the 5th week and work is still not complete.
They do full renovations but they will cover up horrible & dangerous work within the walls. My basement smells of gas and the source has not been found yet.
Please stay away
