Review content:
I've joked before that Douglas is my longest running adult relationship. Even for the 3 years I lived in Kobe, Japan, he was the only person I would let touch my hair -- even if it meant once-yearly haircuts. Even now I book my appointments every 10 weeks for a year in advance and make the 1 1/2 hr. drive necessary to reach him. While I consider myself excellent at my chosen profession, I know my limits and surround myself with people who are excellent at what they do, in whom I can trust with things I'm not great at. Douglas is my hair artist, guru of my physical appearance. He's taken me long, short, and back again. My natural ash has been the lightest blonde, highlighted, dark brunette, and even a stunning red. Over the years I've sent numerous people his way, most of whom are now lifelong clients, as well. I recommend going to him with some sort of vision in mind to give him a solid starting place and insight into your preferences, but then letting him refine it and ""do his thing"". Pros: The best hair services offered in a beautiful, artistic atmosphere Cons: can't think of a one... maybe only that it's tough to book him because he's SO GOOD!
