Review content:
We have been longtime customers of Tokyo Wako, both Arcadia and Pasadena. On a previous visit, we were given two $5 coupons with no expiration date. They could be used together, as long as the bill was $20 or more (minimum $10 for each coupon). My family went to the Arcadia location today and we gave the coupons prior to receiving the bill, at which time we were told that the promotion had ended. We informed her that there was no expiration and even the strangers at our table said to her ""if there's no expiration, you have to honor it"". She talked to the manager and returned stating that they would not accept them. Needless to say, we made sure to deduct that inconvenience from the tip and promised to make this situation known in a review (or several). If you are going to hand out coupons with no expiration, be prepared to honor them. We won't be back to that location, if either location, again.
