Review content:
I was a fan...until today. I have been enjoying their pizza since they opened here in Durham and were beside Ben and Jerry's. Today I ordered my usual Grandma w/pepperoni and sundried tomatoes. Delivery guy arrives and when I look in the box there is NO pepperoni and lots of sundried tomatoes. I call back and advise them my pizza is incorrect. I asked that my card be refunded and the driver can pick up this pizza (I have a serious phobia about sending food back at any restaurant so I would rather just have my money back). The person at Cinellis tells me she will let the driver know and he will call me back. I wait patiently (hungry) for the driver to return and get his pizza so I can go out and pick something up. I get a call back from I guess the manager telling me that the pizza cook checked the pizza and the driver checked the pizza and per them there is pepperoni on the pizza. This takes me aback,,,did this woman just accuse me of trying to scam them out of a pizza? I tell her I have been waiting for him to pick up the pizza and clearly I am not trying to steal their pizza. Luckily, I live less than 5 min away from the restaurant so i told her I will deliver the pizza to her and she can see exactly what is on it. When I reach Cinelli's there was no manager in sight so the poor receptionist had to hear my wrath and search for the mysterious missing pepperoni. I told her I would give her $20 if she could find even the hope of a pepperoni on this pizza. I got my money back BUT I am still pissed. I know it doesn't mean much to them but they will never get any of my business again. I would rather eat cardboard from Domino's than be accused of trying to steal a $20 pizza. and I WANT MY $3 CASH TIP I GAVE TO THE LYING DRIVER.
