Review content:
Owner of the shop did not have my car at the agreed pick-up location. I was not able to contact him to retrieve the car and had to spend time and $$ to take taxis back and forth and make multiple trips to retrieve the car. The owner was not willing to refund all or even part of my cab fare and seemed not to care that his mistake had cost me time and money.
Pros: work quality was fine
Cons: rude owner - terrible customer service
