Review content:
On my first venture into Top to Top, I had excellent service and knowledgable, fellow runners, employees that assisted me in finding the right fit shoe. I even ran down the block to try them out. The next two times the service wasn't as top-knotch and I didn't feel as important to them. Although the prices are better, I have gone to another shop for the past few pairs of shoes. I will probably go back for another shot because I still think they have potential. They may have just fallen into today's customer service standards being just good enough. They have never been rude. I wouldn't say don't go there. I would suggest trying a time when you're the only customer. You might get better service. They have a great clothing and sock selection too. Lot's of other accessories and books. And, did I mention, they have great prices?
