I use to take my jewelery to john when he use to have his old jeweler he did a good job. I had a dia. set thier(my wife'sring) and tips were done. In one week later the stone fell out, I brought it back and explained what happen, sales lady named (lisa) was rude and unhelpful told me the jeweler said it was my wifes faults and would not replace it, so I took it to another jeweler in town and they told me that the tips had pits making the dia. not secure. I will never take my service thier ever again. Things were better when JOHN BORELLI was thier !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
