Review content:
I should have paid attention to the five BBB unresolved complaints.. Soon to be six. I contacted Mark about a V6 Camry I was interested in since I was out of state. I asked him what was wrong with the car.. I wasn't told about the broken inside door handle, broken antenna, torn head liner, rear seats not attached, putrid smell like it sat for years, sun roof caulked in place.. Or the seat stitching completely separated which he told me about the day before I flew out after I had paid $1100 down and had a plane ticket in hand. I was also told if I had a mechanical issue on the way home, South side auto mart would pay for half of the repair. I bought the car because a return plane ticket would have cost a fortune and the car did seem to run OK while trying to forget the other issues. 50 miles out of town the car started to run rough shaking and shuddering. Most of the 350 mile trip home I was wondering if it would make it in one piece. I brought the car to my mechanic who installed new plugs and wires for $420. I called south side back with the bill in hand and was told plugs and wires were typical maintenance and they wouldn't pay for half of the repair after I was told they would. BLATANT LIE ! I ended up paying OVER clean retail for a car which would need another $2000 in parts and labor to be so. Don't walk away.. RUN!
