I like to give service to local people, but I'm so frustrated, I will never even buy a light bulb from this place again. We even bought the snow blower from Tennies new. Had it serviced there twice now. This last time it took over 6 months to get it back and that was only after multiple phone calls while they tried to ""locate"" it. Now here we sit with a big snow fall, take the blower out and everything loosens up on it. From what I've seen, they can't even handle a simple servicing. The owner didn't like it when I called to ask what was up with this. Tried to tell me they have a ""quality"" staff. Well, that's not what I've experienced. I'm sure they won't miss our business, as they don't seem to communicate in a way that shows you they want your business.
