Review content:
I am a small business owner myself striving in a tough ecomony with major corporations taking away my business. With that said- I support the small guys, but I can no longer support this establishment for the sheer fact that they lack in customer service. Twice in the past year I have used their repair or rental services and twice I have walked away feeling like a ""peon""- and what makes it it worse- it was the owner himself who told me or my husband curtly, ""I do not have time to deal with you."" Let me make it clear that in both circumstances- we were neither complaining or nor making a fuss- we were just simply returning equipment or trying to pay for services rendered with smiles on our faces. I do not understand how someone can remain in business when they talk to customers the way he did to us. If he hates owning a business and handling the everyday challanges it takes to survive, my only suggestion would be to get out of the business. He is the reason why I unfortunately will be going to Walmart or Home Depot to pick up my next monthly $1000 bill worth of equipment I need for my own small business. I suggest you find a different place yourself if you want to be treated like somebody slightly more important than the owner of Tennies measures us as. Pros: Hometown store Cons: Poor Customer Service
