I could not have been happier with the service I received from Atomic Auto Body. I took my BMW Z4 to them after the side door was crunched and I was sure it would never been the same again. A friend recommended Atomic to me because his Z4 had also been crunched, and they did a wonderful job. With my car, they went through very carefully and looked at the paneling, the parts that would need to be replaced, explained everything to me, and were just overwhelmingly supportive. Just a few questions about how it happened. Soon I had an estimate, a day to drop it off, and a feeling that it might just be ok.. I think I had expected there to be noises from the new door, wind drafts, something that would be different from when it was new.. But it was as if nothing had happened! The paint was perfectly matched, and no strange noises, a very professional job indeed.
Later, I managed to crack the bumper on my Toyota Rav4. Again, the folks at Atomic were friendly and professional. The bumper was replaced and repainted to match completely. And they even washed my really dirty SUV!
All the staff at Atomic, from the receptionists to the guys who bring your car around from a detail are truly committed to their work and treat you like family. Yes, you have to wait 3 weeks to get your car in for an appointment (not for the estimate, just the actual work day), but is it so worth it. I will go to no one else.
