Breach of contract. I paid them to plow the driveway for two houses and they never showed up to either house when it snowed. They put stakes at both of the driveways, but never once plowed! They don't answer their phone. They don't return calls. They are crooks! They should be sued! Don't use them!!! I've filed a complaint with the BBB.
Pros: nothing good about them at all
