I've been to Austin's on three different occasions this year. Every experience was fabulous. What really amazed me was the last time I came up to the entrance, the greeter actually remembered my name and the occasion I was celebrating just a few weeks before. I loved the service they provide, it made me feel very welcome. They impressed my girlfriends, and we all had a great time. Our waiters were extremely personable, friendly, and charming. When they delivered the food, it was like the world revolved around our table: THREE of the waiters CAME AT ONCE to deliver our food! And I must mention, the steaks were perfect. I must admit though, the bacon wrapped shrimp didn't taste as great as the first two times. Two out of three times is good enough... I was satisfied with my steak.
Pros: ribeyes, great service, comfortable seats
Cons: hard to get booths, reservations full, no mints
