Review content:
The person who helped me order the cabinets I wanted knew that there would be a 3-4 inch gap between the wall and the end of the cabinets, and although included in the price, did not include the filler strip.
The countertop was cut too long despite the contractor being very specific about the about the max over-hang that was required.
Because the SECOND countertop was flawed in it's over-hang proportions, it rubs on the cabinet door. Our contractor arranged for a replacement door that would not rub, when it was delivered, the top door was replaced, not the bottom door which is actually at the counter top level. We are in the process of negotiating this replacement, again.
The countertop surface arrived chipped. The person who delivered it knew about the chip before he brought it out, but thought it would be ok. They replaced it at no additional charge.
It might have been worth the extra money in replacement of the time devoted to these redos. Fortunately, a friend was our contractor and did not charge us for his extra time, even though he probably could have.
Pros: The cabinets we ordered were beautiful at a good price
Cons: There were multiple glitches with our order.
