I would never refer anyone to King Tax Service. There service is very improffessional they never call you to tell you the status of your tax return or give you any follow-up on the service they allegedly provide.I applied for 24hr tax return but was not contacted by anyone from the company to tell me that there was a problem with my return and now I would automaticallyhave to wait the full 2wks for my return. When my 2 week deadline came I returned to the business on the date that I was promised my return WOULD be in.Guess what I was told ""there were no checks in"". I was not alone there was a line of angry people whom had been promised the same thing.We had one of the representatives of King Tax to CONTACT Mr. Billy King(so we we're told that was his real name) he pretended as if he had no idea why our tax return was not there.He began to ask what I needed and why I didn't have my check? I responded how should I know this is your business and I entrusted you with my info to provid me Your SERVICE! By this time I was Pissed.I was refered to this company by my mother who has done business with this man for 3yrs. but,she hasn't gotten her return back either.To top it all off they locked the door on all of the people and would not let anyone else in.We where told that MAYBE there will be some checks in tommorow.Mr. King was asked to come to his establishment to talk with us but refused .While standing outside in a line hoping that we'd get an answer as to why our money wasn't there we talked amongst our selves.There was an elderly lady in the line who was telling us how she'd been calling all day as well and actually got a chance to talk to Mr.King and said when she confronted him about her tax return he hung up in her face.Well, we have filed complaints and if we get our money this year we will never do business with him again.
