I agree with chris91423. We were there at 0830 (4th in line). We sat up towards the front in anticipation that we could be amongst the first to go up. The guy came out and tried to do it in some type of order but by the time he got to our side of the table (right next to where the line started) we were about 40 people back. We didn't get through the process until after noon!
How about issuing numbers? Let's be fair to the people there early who need to get to work!
On a side note...they were nice and had a sense of humor...just no sense of time..
