I wanted to send a very overdue THANK YOU for everything the Arnott's team did to enhance our stay. We were the group of 14 cyclists who invaded you at the start and end of our fabulous Big Island tour between Oct 9 and 20. You have such a unique property that provides a remarkable place to stage such an adventure. During our previous (5?) stays my husband and I have never been there on a Saturday night, so to enjoy TWO beer and pizza nights was a real unexpected treat. To be able to deliver our bikes and store our boxes was customer service truly befitting the Aloha spirit. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when in Hilo. -Sheila and Russ
