Review content:
It's all started after my car failed the smog and I was qualified for SMOG assistance program. Apparently Sacramento doesn't know what kind of shenanigan this guy is if it has him on the list of Smog Repair Technicians... So he took $500 of state money that CAP program gave me to help me pass the SMOG, plus my $800 cash money to fix my car's SMOG issue... Expecting miracles I left car with him for few days... When i came back to pick it up i realized NOTHING was done... this artist started to claim how he have changed my spark plugs and have done ""general"" tuning... all that for $1400 but i needed to start shelling out more cash for more work he needed to do next Saturday... since car still had same problems before i took it to him... ...When i came back next week for service he claimed that I'm too late and he had basketball game to attend of some kind... I just left that place completely speechless, with that nasty feeling when i realized i was victim of the fraud... I simply have no time to call some inspection to check that place out... Don't make my mistake - don't give any money up front, don't leave car overnight ... This is probably biggest scammer-mechanic i came across, and I've seen MANY in LA area...
