Nobody likes to be told what to do or how to do it, but that's what you sign up for when you live in a Deed Restricted Community. Everybody likes a clean neighborhood, club house, swimming pool, tennis courts, etc... but to maintain those amenities, dues have to be paid and the rules followed. Qualified Property has done a great job on enforcing the rules of our community (that we all agreed to.) I'm not on the board in my community, but I attend the meetings and see their job. It's a time consuming and thankless job that I have no interest in, but it needs to be done. Thank goodness that we have QPM in there to help stretch our association dollars and keep MY neighborhood looking like it did the day I moved in. Since the economy has gone downhill and foreclosure on the rise and I know a lot of other communities that show neglect. Thanks to a good board and great help from Qualified Property, we're in good shape.
