I belong to a condo association in the Tampa Bay area, and wanted to let everybody know how happy I am with Qualified Property Management. They have a good staff of people who couldn't be nicer... but tough too, when it is needed. As with any large group of people, you get those who cause problems, don't follow the rules, don't pay their dues, etc... QPM is employed by us - through state law - to be the ""bad buy"" when it's needed to deal with those individuals as directed in our bylaws. As a result, they often get shot for just being the messenger and fulfilling their contractual obligation. Our association finished a 3 year contract with them, and are halfway through our 2nd contract and we could not be more happy. I am sure that there are those out there that are upset with them for doing the job they were hired to do, but that anger is misdirected and is often reflected in the argument they try and make by personally attacking staff members. Sticks and stones... I for one am grateful for the services of QPM and there staff for the amazing job that they do!
