Review content:
We got Qualified involved with our community after researching how other condos were run. After years of neglecting our documents and by-laws we realized one day that we had lost all control of the entire community. We had no power to enforce the community rules, properly collect dues, or the funds to keep the buildings properly maintained. After visiting some friends who had beautiful facilities I inquired as to how much they paid in dues, to my great surprise it was less than I paid. I got our other board members involved to do some research and found that Qualified Property managed their facilities. After an extensive interview process, witnessing first hand their work, and listening to other customers we decided to move forward and sign up. Its now our second year and we could not be happier. If you are unhappy with the way your condo is run, don't sit by and let it fall apart. Do your homework and make a change. J. Stone
