I live in Pasco and I can tell you, my community was hit hard by the housing market dump. We have a modest size community with 500+ homes, and at least a quarter of them are in foreclosure or the owners have stopped paying their dues. As a result our amenities were in deep trouble because the community essentially to a 25% pay cut. We don't exactly have money to spare, every dollar goes to repairs and general upkeep of the facilities. When things started to get really bad, QPM came in and showed us solutions that enabled us to get the money we needed to keep things running. The best part of this is that the resources they introduced us to collected on the back dues and foreclosures, not on us, so we didn't have to pay them back! Its been over a year now since QPM stepped in with their resources and our community is now stronger than ever.
