Review content:
I lived at Lake Starcrest from 1997 to 2005 as which time I bought a home. It was a great place to live, the office staff were always friendly and knowledgeable, and have been there for 8-10 years. Other places I have live changed staff every few months. The apartments and grounds were kept extremely nice for a complex over 30 years old. I looked at places that were only 7-10 years old that didn't look as good. The price was very reasonable for the size and the amenities. Every apartment had a covered carport included in the rent, which was a major factor to my husband. The location was the best!!! I became very spoiled being minutes from the beach, two shopping malls, parks, and restaurants. The affordable rent allowed me to save up to buy a home in Palm Harbor. However, I still find myself driving back to Clearwater for practically everything. My husband and I have just put our home for sale and we are looking forward to moving back to Lake Starcrest. I would highly reccomend this Community to anyone. My best friend lives there and so does my cousin, and they both love it as well. Pros: Location, Covered Parking, Reasonable Prices, Great Staff Cons: No Jacuzzi at the Pool
