Yesterday I sent flowerd to my best friend because she was feeling a little down. I have used Ibritz many times and always been very pleased but this time was special. I told Anne my reasons for sending the flowers and she listened, asked a few questions and guided me to the most wonderful choice. I sent a basket of Autumn flowers because my friend is missing her family up north. It was just the most perfect thing. The flowers were SPECTACULAR! They really made my friend smile. Ibritz's flowers always last so long and are always really lovely but this was just so special and Anne was so much help I just wanted others to know .
