Review content:
I was recently in this store and wanted to purchase a new guitar for a gig that was coming up. The associates were not trained at all. When I go to a store of any kind, I expect that the people working there to be an expert or neaar it in the products they sell. NOT HERE!!!! I asked a few simple questions and was treated like a piece of trash. The instruments were VERY over priced and not maintained at all. I left that store and went to the local Sam Ash and purchased the exact Gibson guitar for $224.31 cheaper and spoke with great people who were willing to answer any questions I had. The instrument was priced $899.99 at Jackson's,,,, So the $224 was a big deal on a cheaper priced instrument.
