When moving in to the Lighthouse Bay apartments I immediately loved the location, the neighbors are friendly and it is a very quiet complex. Living here almost one year now there has never been a break in or a stolen vehicle, but a few other things would make you want to reconsider moving in to these homes. The staff is horrible. Not only are they rude and careless in anything you bring to their attention but they also treat you as if you are more a nuisance. Aside from ""misplacing"" important packages they signed and accepted as a leasing office, they show no care as a staff to make it a comfortable living environment. I seriously suggest college students not moving in here, they will treat you like you are nothing but a problem to them in which they do not want to deal with which i believe stems from being young and them just being grumpy bitches. I have not met one resident who thinks the rates are fair for the quality and sizes of the apartments. These are way overpriced and have no closet space in the smaller floorplans. When calling maintenence you are lucky to receive a response within a week. You would be better off going with Mainsail South or South Pointe. Trust me if you move in here you will soon regret it.
Pros: Located near the air force base, quiet location, many grocery stores and bayshore blvd.
Cons: rude staff, horrible maintenence, inconvenient trash locations, high rates and small space
