We ordered a banner from this company and got the package in terrible shape. It was package terribly. So they said they would reprint it at no charge, but we would have to pay the shipping to have it reprinted. I finally convinced them that is pure bad service having us pay the shipping. So I told them to reprint another banner at no charge but that they can not fold it because there are too many sharp edges if a banner gets folded up like this. Believe it or not the next day I got their package in UPS and it was folded up more than before. I called Bob, but could not reason with him for why someone would ship it folded again, the second one look worse than the first one. What in the world!! He said we should just get on somewhere else. I was in a serious pinch and they left me hanging just like that, not solution at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!
