I have a current account with them. All my payments were current and up to date until they moved. Suddenly all my payments were either late or not arriving at all. Jessie was great and worked with me. But, then somehow someone named Victoria got my account and everything went to hell. she refused to take my payment by mail (can't legally do that) called incessently, talked over me and left threatening phone messages for me. I still made my payments, but they just don't seem to get there. I set up recurrent payments with the bank and still there is a problem. There payment methods are obsolete. You can mail or pay $14.95 to Western Union your payment. They do not have electronic payment with any of the large banks. I am trying to find ANYONE who will refinance me! Yes, I had credit problems because I lost my job. But, I do make my payments on time. They have a real problem and won't recognize it.
