Business practices and ethics that WILL BE reported to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! ONE DAY LATE and my vehicle was repo'd last nite at midnite. I am recently widowed with 13 yr old son and that is our only means of transportation. I have been ill and in the hospital, at one point for almost a month...still made my payment...late, but it was made. One month I made a double payment, almost $700. I was humilated, degraded, threatened and ""talked down to"" by MARTA CORTEZ, collection supervisor. I guess I was supposed to miss my oncologist appt yesterday & instead pay my car payment....an assumption on my part. Had NO IDEA my vehicle would be repo'd one day late! I have all my emails phone call records and payment confirmations.......Now I must take this to the BBB! Thank you to the other unfortunates for posting your less than good reviews.....IT TAKES A VILLAGE!
