I'm a very busy person, so for me to take the time to get on citySearch, create an account, and write up a Review means either this place is exceptional or the worse experience in my life. Let me just say Black Forest Bakery Cafe is one of the most impressive bakeries I've ever purchased a cake from. My family has always been sticklers for a good cake on any occasion. After moving to Southern Cal from Northern Cal, I couldn't find a good enough place. After reading many reviews on the internet, I thought I'd try them out. Let me tell you, the personalized service from Darlene and her husband Hannu is hard to find in this day and age. Darlene made great recommendations for a Valentine's day cake, and when I picked it up, her ideas came to life. The chocolate with rasberry filling and was top notch.
Pros: Great Cakes and Great Customer Service
Cons: I'd like to see a variety of coffee drinks on the menu
