Review content:
I had to call for a tow -- my insurance company arranged service through Bobby and Steve's. I was told it would take an hour -- which I thought was quite a long time, since I was in an urban area mere miles from Bobby & Steve's, but decided it must be busy, that's okay. I ended up waiting over 2 hours!
Pros: Driver was courteous
Cons: Extremely slow service and rude lady on phone
