Review content:
Their build process was along the lines of getting input so that they could put responsibility on the buyer with the least amount of time spent on their end so that they could get the project finished and take their cut. They provided very little input as to design and changes. If you have your own designer, they may fit the bill, but expect to pay your designer well to be involved all along. Once finished, they tend to put responsbility on their subs rather than stand up for the product. I can't believe a relatively well-received builder was so sub-par. Perhaps they used to be better, and perhaps they will be again now that times are lean, but they sure weren't there for us.
Pros: Solid structure, basic building
Cons: Minimal design input, poor coordination for higher-end changes
