Review content:
Rude, nasty workers who talk and act like thugs. A friend of mine recently talked with these guys, and I overheard their whole conversation. They were totally unwilling to work out anything less than 100%, and threatened legal action for a debt that was barely $500. I was even involved with collections for awhile, and their practices and methods seem cruelly unorthodox--or collections have reverted to incivility and mobster like demands from the time I was employed with one.
