Yes, this is Douglas Alan Mitchell, and I am trying to respond to the US Post Office, via email, I am in Mexico, and would like to have my federal certificate sent to me, when I had worked with the Postal Service in Saint Louis Missouri, and if you would happened to know, as to who I can contact please refer me to that person so that I can get a response back on this as quickly as possible.
