Review content:
I was deeply appalled by the service I received. I ordered a blizzard, paid for it, and as an employee approached the window to give me my order she spilt it on the counter. I understand that accidents happen, but what happen next was neither appreciated nor acceptable. After the spill, she used the lid of my Blizzard to scoop the contents back into the cup. Then she and several of her other coworkers giggled, told me it was fine and handed me the bag, sending me on my way. If that was not bad enough, I do not know too many restaurants that would consider giving a customer a container with its exterior half-covered in ice cream and whipped cream satisfactory. At this point I was unsure what I should do next. I feared that if I went inside to complain that something worse might happen to my food once the employees were annoyed with me. Therefore I threw the bag and its contents straight into the garbage. I wrote a letter of complaint on the Diary Queen website. Several days later they responded with an email saying that they were sorry I was disappointed and would forward my comments. I hope it actually amounts to a change in the way they run their business. DOUBTFUL!!!
