Review content:
After spending 2+ weeks of listening to the people in the apartment above me drop, bang, drag furniture, and talk above their tv for up to 8 hours a day, management's lawyer sends me a letter telling me that I should either learn to put up with it or move out. Their rationale is that none of the tenants who lived in this apartment before me never complained (they never stayed, either), it is not a problem. It's not malicious noise, it's just ""living"" noise, and apparently they have every right in the world to live in my apartment. The only thing they have to mitigate the noise between the floors is a 10 year old carpet, and since they don't live here, they think it is enough. If you don't mind being forced to have someone you never met decide when you get to sleep, for how long, and how loud your tv needs to be before you can even hear it, then this is the place for you.
