The owners of this place is extremely disrespectful and extremely rude. I have been a great fan of Quang for a very long time---probably almost 10 years. Last week, I went for lunch with my husband, my older sister, and my brother in-law for special Quang lunch...but what we experience was good food and exceptional rude out the door service. After paying for our good meal---and even ordered to go also, we asked for extra sauce but was practically ignored. We I said ignored, they knew we were there asking them for something, they just ignored and did something else. What kind of people treat paying customers that way? After a while when they ""acknowledged"" our existence, they were so rude when we ask for extra sauce. did you know they charge 50 cents for any additional sauce...wow, they are definitely one of the worse cases of greedy pigs I have ever seen in my life. Especially when your business is going so great...is that maybe why they treat their customers like dirt? I am now a FOREVER NO QUANG customer for the rest of my life. RUDE-DEGRADING-DISRESPECTFUL is the 3 words I can come up with for these people.
